The bronze tablet from Heba in Etruria, published in 1947 — the fullest single witness of the AD 19/20 rogatio honouring Germanicus Caesar. Where the matrix-hub's lex-valeria-aurelia.html edits the law as a whole from THREE witnesses (Tabula Hebana, Tabula Siarensis frag. b col. III, Todi Fragment), this reader presents the Hebana on its own — 62 lines of Latin covering: the portico-of-Apollo + Salii hymn honours, the five new voting-centuries (centuriae Germanici) added to the comitia centuriata, and the prescribed annual commemorative observances. The Hebana is the witness that revealed the existence of the destinatio procedure and the Lex Valeria Cornelia of AD 5 it amends — see Jones 1955.[ZH pending]
