Person
Deiotarus supplies forces and money and asks for protection of his kingdom. Later he approaches Caesar as a suppliant after having supported Pompey. Alexandrian War distinguishes his disputed claims in Gallograecia from the kingship recognised by the Senate; neither status is flattened into a single modern border.
